Who is responsible
What we process
When you visit moto-wiki.com, technical server data (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and time) is processed by our hosting and security provider Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Only with your consent, we process anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager (pages viewed, approximate location, device information and cookies/identifiers). The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, §25 TDDDG in Germany and Italian data protection law).
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.
What we do not do
We provide no accounts or forms, show no advertising, do not sell data and use no advertising cookies. Google advertising features and Google Signals are off.
Third parties and transfers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, security and delivery and, only after consent, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for analytics. Data may be processed in the US. Such transfers may be covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Server logs are retained as kept by Cloudflare. Google Analytics data is retained for 2 months. Your cookie choice remains until you clear your browser data.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact us at the email address below.
